Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before placing an order or using the Sync 28 website (sync28.co). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our site or place an order.

1. About Sync 28

Sync 28 is a direct-to-consumer skincare brand offering cycle-syncing moisturizers. Our products are sold via our website at sync28.co and fulfilled through our third-party logistics partner. Sync 28 is operated as a sole proprietorship based in the United States.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are purchasing for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the site is error-free, complete, or current. Sync 28 products are skincare moisturizers and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary between individuals. We recommend consulting a dermatologist before use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

4. Skin Safety Disclaimer

Sync 28 products are cosmetic moisturizers formulated for external use only. While our products are designed to be gentle and suitable for most skin types, all skincare products carry a risk of reaction depending on individual skin sensitivity, allergies, and existing conditions. Before first use, we strongly recommend performing a patch test: apply a small amount of product to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours before applying to your face. If you experience redness, itching, burning, swelling, or any other adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist. Sync 28 is not liable for any skin irritation, allergic reaction, rash, inflammation, or other skin damage that may result from use of our products. It is your responsibility to review the full ingredient list for each product prior to use and to determine whether any ingredients are unsuitable for your skin. By purchasing and using our products, you assume full responsibility for any risk associated with their use and acknowledge that no skincare product can guarantee results free from adverse effects for every individual. If you have a known skin condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or are under the care of a dermatologist or physician, please consult your healthcare provider before use. 


5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of your order. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

⚠️ Fraudulent chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer for a charge that is valid under these Terms, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, provide transaction records and evidence to your financial institution, and permanently ban your account from future purchases. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to relevant authorities.

6. Subscriptions

By purchasing a Sync 28 subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew every 28 days at the subscription price displayed at the time of sign-up unless cancelled.
  • You authorise Sync 28 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date via your customer portal or by contacting [email protected].
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for any subscription period already paid unless the order qualifies under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first shipment only. Subsequent subscription renewals that have already been processed and shipped are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Sync 28 reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 7 days' advance notice sent to the email address on your account.

7. Refunds & Returns

Our full refund and return policy is available at sync28.co/policies/refund-policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in that policy. Key points:

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery on first orders only.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with your order number.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Abuse of the refund policy — including but not limited to repeated refund requests, false claims of non-delivery, or purchasing with intent to return — will result in account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders via standard carriers to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sync 28 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to skin reactions, allergic responses, or dissatisfaction with results. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

Sync 28 products are cosmetic skincare items. We make no medical claims. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. By purchasing, you acknowledge that individual results vary and that no specific outcome has been guaranteed to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on sync28.co — including but not limited to text, images, branding, logos, product names, and design — is the exclusive property of Sync 28 and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
  • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Abuse our refund or guarantee policy
  • Impersonate Sync 28 or its representatives
  • Engage in any unlawful activity in connection with your purchase

We reserve the right to cancel any order, suspend any account, and refuse future service to any customer who violates these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and allow us 10 business days to resolve the issue before initiating any external claim. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Texas for resolution of any such disputes.
