Shipping Policy

We want your Sync 28 order to arrive quickly and without hassle. Please read below for full details on how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

Orders received before our daily cutoff time are processed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed and shipped the next business day. Our carrier pickup window is between 3:00–4:00 PM daily, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only via UPS.

UPS Ground transit times vary by shipping zone from our fulfillment center in Fort Worth, Texas:

  • Zones 1–3: 1–3 business days
  • Zones 4–5: 3–4 business days
  • Zones 6–8: 4–5 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed. Sync 28 is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed off.

Free Shipping

All standard orders ship free via USPS Ground Advantage. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at ups.com or via the tracking link in your email.

Undeliverable Packages & Insufficient Address

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an insufficient address, restricted delivery location, or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout — Sync 28 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us at support@sync28.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with UPS on your behalf. Lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis. Sync 28 is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Subscription Orders

Subscription shipments follow the same processing and shipping schedule as one-time orders. Your subscription renews every 28 days and your order is automatically fulfilled and shipped within the same processing window above.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
