30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Sync 28 purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date — no complicated process, no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • The guarantee applies to first-time orders and first subscription shipments.
  • Subsequent subscription renewals are not eligible for the satisfaction guarantee but may be eligible for a refund if the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item and your order number.

Subscription Orders

For subscription customers, the 30-day guarantee applies to your first shipment only. Subsequent shipments that are unwanted must be cancelled before the next renewal date. Please refer to our Subscription Policy for cancellation instructions.

⏰ Important: To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription renewal, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders where the 30-day window has passed.
  • Second or subsequent subscription shipments (unless damaged or defective).
  • Digital products or downloadable content.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team at support@sync28.co with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your request
  • A photo if your item arrived damaged or defective

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping

Sync 28 products are consumable skincare items. In most cases, you are not required to return the product to receive your refund. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
