This policy applies to all Sync 28 subscription purchases. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

How Subscriptions Work

Your Sync 28 subscription automatically renews every 28 days at the subscription price displayed at the time of sign-up. You will be charged on the same day of each renewal cycle until you cancel.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us directly:

  • Customer Portal: Log in at sync28.co and manage your subscription under "Manage Subscriptions"
  • Email: [email protected] — include your order number and we will process your cancellation promptly

⚠️ Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window may result in one final charge for the upcoming cycle.

What Happens After You Cancel

  • Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed
  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once processed
  • No refund is issued for any period already paid unless it qualifies under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (first shipment only)

Pausing Your Subscription

If you need a break, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling. Log in to your customer portal to adjust your next billing date, up to 24 hours before your next renewal.

Skipping a Shipment

You can skip an upcoming shipment at any time through your customer portal, up to 24 hours before your next billing date.

Modifying Your Subscription

You can update your shipping address, payment method, or delivery frequency at any time through your customer portal before your next billing date.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment only. Subsequent shipments are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
